MyShop Sales
MyShop offers complete contact management integrated into the package, allowing sales to
lookup existing contacts or enter new ones. After selecting a contact, their notes and sales history can be viewed
or a new estimate can be created. Estimates can be generated in seconds using MyShop's
Intelligent Estimating Engine and then emailed directly to the client, all from within MyShop.
Once the client approves the estimate it becomes an order and on moves to production.
MyShop Production
Once an order is received into production, it is prepared and scheduled on the Production Calendar. The MyShop
Production Calendar gives a complete overview of the orders in production allowing for accurate, on-time turnaround. Fulfillment
and logistics information is also entered as part of the production process. Once the order is finished and all of the information
has been entered the order can be completed. sending it to Invoicing.
MyShop Management
Completed orders arrive in the Invoicing section of Management where they can be easily printed or emailed directly to the client.
The MyShop Management section also allows for customization of Parts and Products, System Variables and
