MyShop 3.1.2 includes the ability to track Invoice Payments along with some minor fixes and visual page changes.

MyShop 3.1.1 includes a couple of fixes for pricing and printed Estimates & Invoices. The Invoice number was added to the Contact Note created when an Invoice is emailed through MyShop. The length of the Purchase Number field for the customer on the Estimate was lengthened to accommodate customers with longer PO numbers. A progress bar was added to the screens when an email is being sent.

MyShop 3.1.0 includes the addition of a Project Description for an Estimate which follows it all the way through to invoicing. The Production Calendar is now color coded to easily see which events are currently in-progress. We have also added an additional field for the Part Number which allows you to store your vendors actual part number in MyShop.

New Pricing Options available in MyShop. We have added a Flat Square Foot pricing option and a Table pricing option to go along with our current Markup Pricing Option. These three options give you maximum flexibility over pricing for your products.

MyShop Production Scheduling has been expanded allowing you to schedule orders by Time, Employee and Machine providing you greater ability to track your production time. Along with this we have added 3 new views to the Production Calendar: Day, Week and Work Week as well as allowing the events to be filtered to see only what you would like to at the time.

The MyShop Sales Calendar now has the ability to view a detailed Week, Work Week and Daily view as well as our existing Month view. This will give you a easier way to track your Meetings, Calls and To-Do's.

MyShop now gives Management the ability to create reports and assign them to multiple roles. By doing this you can give other employees access to specific reports so they can analyze data to stay on top of their game and help increase their productivity.

The New MyShop Reporting Interface provides you access to all of your Company's data. You can build and customize Reports quickly to effectively view any data you need about your Company.

The New MyShop Mail feature allows you to send email to your Clients directly from the Contact and Calendar pages of MyShop. You can even include attachments with MyShop Mail.

MyShop now gives you the ability to have 3 levels of Product classifications (Brand, Type, Product) giving you even more control over the Products your Company offers.

MyShop now offers the ability to limit Employee Access by Day of the Week and Time of the Day giving you more control and security over your business.

MyShop's Employee Management section now offers the ability to add notes to employee records for maintaining important information.
